Our coaches have many years of both training themselves and of coaching, so you can be assured our qualified coaches, will help you to get the very best from your training with us.

Maintaining fitness as we age gets harder and we need a combination of Aerobic fitness and strength based exercises. Ladies Kickboxing combines both with bodyweight exercises and strength through using our range of equipment along with cardio from working on the bags and pads for a period of time.

Maintaining our fitness is vital as we get older particularly from around Perimenopause. Women are more at risk of Osteoporosis, the effects of which can be reduced by bodyweight exercises such as those used in Kickboxing to maintain and grow our strength.

NHS advice to combat Osteoporosis includes:

  1. At least 2 1/2 hours of cardio exercise weekly.
  2. and two days a week of exercises to strengthening your muscles.
  3. There is a recommendation to quit smoking and reducing Alcohol intake.
