Safeguarding in Martial Arts safety in Winchester Martial Arts Club

In 2018 we achieved Sport England’s Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts kitemark, an award that we have held for over eight years. These awards are evidence that we take seriously our duties and role in achieving high safeguarding standards.

We both endorse and support the imposition of safe and professional standards within all sports club to safeguard both members, visitors, volunteers and staff.

What happens at a free taster class?

Your child will meet our coaches, join the appropriate age-group class and experience a normal lesson without any pressure. Parents are welcome to watch, see how our coaches work with the children and ask any questions they may have. It gives both you and your child the opportunity to decide whether Shin Gi Tai feels right before making any commitment.
